What the Booking Process Looks Like

Working together should feel exciting, not confusing. My booking process is intentionally structured to give you clarity, support, and confidence from the very beginning, while still leaving room for creativity and collaboration.

Here’s what you can expect when you’re ready to work with me.

Step One: Start with an Inquiry

The booking process begins by filling out the contact form on my website. I do require an inquiry before moving forward. This allows me to learn more about your business, your goals, and what you’re hoping to create.

You’re always welcome to reach out through DMs or email, and I do respond there. For planning and booking, everything is routed through my website so nothing gets lost and we can keep the process organized and intentional.

You don’t need a fully formed vision at this stage. The inquiry simply helps me understand where you’re at and how I can best support you.

Step Two: Alignment and Confirmation

Once I review your inquiry, I’ll follow up with availability, next steps, and recommendations based on your needs. I don’t require a consultation call to book, but I’m always happy to hop on one if that would make you feel more comfortable.

When calls happen, they’re typically under 30 minutes and focused on clarity and alignment rather than pressure. The goal is to make sure we’re a good fit and that the session you’re booking will truly support your brand.

Step Three: Securing Your Session

Your session is officially booked once a contract is signed and a retainer is paid. The retainer is non-refundable and holds your date on my calendar.

Because branding sessions require thoughtful planning and creative prep, most sessions need to be booked at least one month in advance. This timeline allows us to be intentional instead of rushed.

Step Four: Planning and Preparation

Once your session is booked, the planning process begins. This is where your vision starts to take shape.

You’ll receive an in-depth branding questionnaire that helps clarify your brand, your goals, and how you want to show up visually. From there, I create a branding blueprint that includes a proposed concept for your session.

You’ll also receive:

  • A mood board to guide the visual direction
  • An outfit guide to help you feel confident and prepared
  • Clear next steps so you know exactly what to expect

This stage is collaborative. I lead the process, but your input matters. Nothing moves forward without your feedback.

Step Five: Shoot Day

By the time shoot day arrives, everything is planned with intention. You’re not showing up guessing or scrambling. You’re walking in prepared, supported, and confident in the direction we’ve created together.

My role is to guide you through the experience, keep things relaxed, and make sure the session feels natural and aligned with who you are and what your brand represents.

After the Session

Once your photos are ready, you’ll receive a curated gallery along with a guide on how to use your images so you can confidently show up across your website, social media, and marketing.

Why This Process Matters

This booking process is designed to remove overwhelm, create clarity, and give you the confidence to fully step into your brand. Structure allows creativity to flow, and support allows you to show up as yourself.

If you’re ready to get started, the first step is simple. Fill out the inquiry form and we’ll take it from there.
